I’m so happy to see The Upshaws recognized with Emmy nominations this year.
A huge congratulations to Chuck Ozeas for his nomination for Outstanding Cinematography and to Angel Gamboa Bryant for Outstanding Picture Editing. It’s especially rewarding to see the incredible work that happens behind the scenes get the recognition it deserves.
I’m incredibly grateful to our entire cast and crew, and to Netflix, for making The Upshaws such a special show from beginning to end. We put a lot of heart, hard work, and laughs into this series, and I’m so proud of what we created together.
